Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, sort, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick orders to meet daily targets and package items securely for shipping.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
