Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely during night hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all outgoing shipments.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but comprehensive paid training is provided for the right candidates.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
