Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dock areas
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to resolve workflow issues
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to Baseline Rd location
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM, weekends included
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery after training
