Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in OSHA-compliant manner
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety standards in a temperature-controlled environment
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
- Complete shift reports and quality documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Reliable attendance for night shift schedule
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
