Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package consumer goods during overnight shifts
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe, efficient manner
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse security procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer literacy
- Flexible schedule availability with reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Experience with inventory management systems a plus
