Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following established recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain clean and organized workstation including espresso machines and service areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth peak-hour operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous food service or barista experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
