Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak rush hours
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following health standards
- Maintain clean dining areas and kitchen stations
- Process cashless payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members during high-volume shifts
- Stock supplies and rotate inventory
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old (valid ID required)
- Available evenings (4-10 PM) and weekends
- No experience necessary – we provide training!
- Reliable transportation to Castro Street location
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
