Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person and phone interactions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform basic inventory management and restock products as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
