- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are required.
