Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and account details.
- Collaborate with the wider team to improve service protocols and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet departmental targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
