Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues using a robust knowledge base.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining strict data integrity.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex escalations.
- Contribute to team meetings and share feedback to improve overall service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during part-time shifts.
