Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform basic data entry and clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
