Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Cross-train on other departments to support team needs as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available for weekend and evening shifts.
