Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, track shipments, and provide accurate status updates to clients in the Memphis area and beyond.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and improve the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education in business or logistics is a plus.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working a flexible part-time schedule (including weekends or evenings if required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
