- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ wpm).
- Schedule: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
