- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote roles) or transportation (for on-site roles).
- Must be available to work a rotating shift including evenings and weekends.
