Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Answer general inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our POS systems and databases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the sales and service areas.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves as needed.
- Resolve minor customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the store manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate standard office software and POS systems.
- Reliable transportation is required for travel between locations in Charlotte, NC and PA.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs dictate.
