- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat regarding account services
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment processing issues with precision
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction through empathetic and efficient communication
- Document all interactions in CRM system while meeting daily productivity targets
- Collaborate with billing team to ensure accurate weekly payment processing
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional financial services
- Participate in weekly performance reviews to optimize service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or financial services experience
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear diction
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
