Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Document all customer interactions and relevant information in the CRM system.
- Assist in the training of new hires and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
