Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer records in our CRM systems and databases.
- Research and resolve complex issues, escalating them to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Generate and analyze daily reports regarding customer feedback and service metrics.
- Assist in the organization of digital filing systems and internal documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to type accurately and work efficiently with data.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if remote.
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is a plus.
