Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable and have a consistent work history.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
