Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction scores.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
