Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate customer records and database information using our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and address any service gaps.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the company database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
