Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service standards.
- Ensure the sales floor or service area is organized and clean at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
