Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer records and track issue resolution in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
