- Deliver Exceptional Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle orders, returns, and payments using our proprietary CRM software.
- Manage Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and transaction logs within the database.
- Problem Resolution: Identify issues and provide immediate, effective solutions to maintain high service standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to optimize workflow and share best practices.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company protocols, data privacy guidelines, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Technology: Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
