Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages regarding products and services in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Process Orders: Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report it to management to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
- Location: Must reside in or near Houston, TX.
