Responsibilities

- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using our CRM software.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in our database systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
