Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
