Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide superior service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating web browsers.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection is required for remote/hybrid positions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
