Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently using our POS software.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
