Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat, resolving technical issues and product inquiries efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM database to maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to identify common user pain points and suggest improvements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention of services.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they feel comfortable using our platform.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and updates to provide accurate guidance to users.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Business or Technology is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment if remote work is applicable.
