Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through our service offerings, ensuring they understand how to maximize their benefits and utilize our platform effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Act as a bridge between our clients and internal product teams, gathering valuable feedback to help drive continuous improvement.
- Schedule Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and manage your shift schedule to ensure seamless coverage during peak hours.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot common issues independently and escalate complex cases to senior leadership when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by business volume.
- Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the Las Vegas, NV area.
