Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations by collaborating with senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status in our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products to existing clients.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with key accounts to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software navigation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
