Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Manage and update customer accounts in our CRM database to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing initial training on our platform.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay them to the product and development teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff for new opportunities.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
- Handle escalated issues and ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or administrative roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Must be reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- Ability to commute to our Midtown Manhattan office or work from home (if hybrid option is available).
