Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions to stay informed on product updates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and documentation.
Qualifications
