Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Identify and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Collaborate with the internal product team to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and answering product-related FAQs.
Qualifications
