Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for clients using our proprietary software.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify common user pain points.
- Provide training and resources to new users to ensure product adoption.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a strong plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is an asset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
