Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in all communications.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
