In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive the technical assistance they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems via phone, email, and live chat.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, patient, and professional guidance to customers regarding our products and services.
- Documentation: Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Feedback Loop: Relay critical customer feedback and product issues to the product development team.
- Team Support: Assist in onboarding new support staff and maintaining departmental knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Windows, macOS, and web browsers.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Schedule: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
