Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.

- Escalate complex issues to the senior support team or technical department when necessary.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
