- Update Records: Log all customer interactions and resolutions into our CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Adhere to Standards: Maintain a high level of professionalism and follow all company protocols during every shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, web browsers, and CRM software.
- Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
