Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on resolving issues quickly.
- Assist clients with software navigation, account setup, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately and in real-time.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.

Qualifications
