Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and proposing effective solutions.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new support team members.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines without supervision.
