Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with accuracy and courtesy.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and inventory.

Qualifications
