Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of employee workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and track IT service requests through the ticketing system efficiently.
- Ensure office network connectivity and security protocols are maintained.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users in plain English.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
