Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Conduct routine system updates and security patching.
- Collaborate with the Senior IT team to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional IT support experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings.
