Responsibilities
- Process and sort incoming shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure all customer orders are prepared for timely dispatch.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami location.
- Experience with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
