Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and perform regression testing on web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
- Conduct thorough testing of new features before they go live.
- Provide clear, concise feedback on application performance and usability.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field a plus.
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and life cycles.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote testing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with any testing tools (Selenium, Postman) is a bonus but not required.
