Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer questions regarding merchandise.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Participate in store promotional events and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
